Healing Begins When We No Longer Have to Carry Everything Alone
Heartbreak, caregiving, illness, stress, burnout, grief, or years of showing up for everyone and everything before fully showing up for yourself.
On the outside, we look “okay”. On the inside we may be harboring anxiety, emotional fatigue, overwhelm or a yearning to feel grounded, centered, and connected again.
My practice provides a gentle, body-based space to come home to yourself using somatics, EFT, mindfulness, movement, and nervous-system nurturing.
Together, we gently create space for greater calm, resilience, connection, and the ability to experience joy again, in both the quiet moments and the meaningful ones.
A Compassionate, Integrative Approach to Healing and Embodiment
We learn how to survive in this world in countless ways: pushing through, “being strong,” taking care of others at the expense of ourselves, checking out of our bodies, powering through exhaustion, numbing heartbreak, stress and anxiety, surviving grief, illness, overwhelm.
The repeated practice of these patterns can leave us feeling emotionally drained, on edge, numb to ourselves, unable to relax, trust or feel joy.
Coming home to yourself happens one gentle moment at a time.
My approach to healing provides gentle, body-centered and integrative support that honors the wisdom of the body-mind-emotion connection and its relationship to your nervous system and life experience.
Using tools and strategies from somatics, EFT, mindfulness, movement, embodiment practices, and nervous-system healing I support women to reconnect with themselves in order to experience more calm, resilience, emotional balance, groundedness, trust in themselves and the ability to show up more fully for life with presence, meaning and joy.
If you’re going through a challenging time in your life, looking to access deeper healing, or just want to feel more like yourself again, you don’t have to do it alone.
